Placing an order with Presidential Posts LLC
Your time is valuable, so we want to make ordering a post the least of your worries.
Place your order online, place your flag (see instructions below), and we will do the rest.
Due to some recent changes in Washington's Call Before You Dig Laws we have implemented a new process for placing orders!
Instructions:
1. When placing your order please take into consideration the time needed to perform utility location protocol per Washington's Dig Law.
2. When your order is placed we will contact you to see if you would rather;
- Have our team place a White Flag on the property where we feel the sign would be best placed. (Subject to $15 Service Call Fee)
- OR Have yourself or your seller place a White Flag or White Marking on the Ground where you would like your sign to be placed.
- We recommend this option as it can help save time and money. Request some flags from us and leave them with your sellers when your listing is signed.
BEST PRACTICES, to keep your orders from being delayed
Don't PROCRASTINATE! Place your flag in the yard, and make your order at least 4 days prior to your listing going Live on the market.
Place the white flag or spray paint in the yard prior to submitting your order with us. There is no worse call for us to make than letting you know the locate company didn't process your ticket due to a missing marking. The process will have to start all over.
Place the flag when you put your lock box on the listing
Leave the flag with your seller and have them put the flag in the yard 4 days prior to going live.
3. When we receive notification that your white flag or white marker is in place we will call 811 on your behalf to get the Utility Locate Service complete. This can take up to 48 hours for any calls made prior to 5pm.
4. Upon receiving notification that the Utility Locate Service has been completed we will install your sign within the next 24 hours guaranteed (weekends excluded).
Please allow up to 48 hours for a Utility Locate Ticket to be fulfilled prior to installation.
When placing an order, please use the address of your listing for the INSTALLATION ADDRESS.

If you do not currently store your signs with us, we will call or send you an email to determine if we need to pick up your signs and store them for you, OR if you will need to be contacted to install your own sign when your post is installed.
