About Us

We know how important the presentation of your listing is, including not only your sign in the yard representing your listing while on the market, but also your brand. 

Our sign posts are freshly painted and/or touched up before going out to your new listing. We will even touched up onsite if needed. 

While installing our posts we make sure that the post is level,  "we know, trivial right?", and that your post has the least likelihood of slanting while enduring the PNW weather for the duration your listing is on the market. 

Our standard is to make sure your post can be installed within 24 hours of a completed Utility Locate TIcket. Any utilities are required to be located prior to our visit. You Place your order with us, make sure your WHITE locate flag is placed, and we will do the rest! 

Our goal is to be recognized as the main source of Real Estate Sign Post Installations in Clark County, and be the company you WANT to use, not HAVE to use for the years to come.
